Idlewild Park: The 49-acre park, 1900 Idlewild Drive, Reno, along the Truckee River features the Reno Lions Club Kiddie Park, softball fields, volleyball courts, large play area, picnic tables, barbecues and a group picnic area. The park is part of the Truckee River trail, which stretches for seven miles through downtown Reno into Sparks.
